Warranty
Lanj Tools Inc warranties its tools to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One (1) Year to the original purchaser of record. Lanj Tools Inc will replace or repair the defective tool at its sole discretion provided the tool is returned to Lanj Tools Inc freight prepaid for a product evaluation along with a copy of proof of purchase. Said warranty does not cover tools that have been subjected to “abnormal use”. Lanj Socket Inserts are a consumable product and as such are reasonably expected to be used up or damaged in normal usage. No warranty beyond the one (1) year free of defects in materials and workmanship is expressed or implied. “Abnormal use” includes but is not limited to abuse, neglect, modification, lack of proper maintenance or use of the tool after being significantly worn. If tool has been determined to have been subjected to “abnormal use”, Lanj Tools Inc will contact the customer to arrange the return of the product or disposal if deemed appropriate. All outbound shipping charges for a returned tool that is not covered under this warranty will be the responsibility of the customer. If Lanj Tools Inc determines the tool has failed due to defects in materials or workmanship then the shipping charges to return the tool to the customer will be covered by Lanj Tools Inc.
The foregoing is the sole remedy for the customer and the sole responsibility of Lanj Tools Inc. No other warranty express or implied including merchantability or fitness of purpose is allowed.
Under no circumstances shall Lanj Tools Inc and its affiliates, suppliers, vendors, owners, officers or employees be responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of tools manufactured and or sold by Lanj Tools Inc. Lanj Tools Inc shall not be responsible for loss of life, limb, welfare, wages, time off or any other loss due to the use of tools manufactured and or sold by Lanj Tools Inc.
Lanj Tools Inc reserves the right to make changes to design, construction or appearance of product at any time without incurring any obligation in making such changes in products that have been previously distributed. Features, dimensions images or descriptions of products in available printed material or online are subject to change without notice.

Returns
Items in unused condition with the original packaging intact may be returned within twenty (20) days of the date product was shipped from Lanj Tools Inc . All returns must be authorized by Lanj Tools Inc prior to return shipping. Original purchase receipts are required for all returns or exchanges. All returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Only those products currently stocked by Lanj Tools Inc may be returned for restocking.
Any customer specified or product manufactured to customer specifications which are not stocked may not be returned. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number (Return Materials Authorization). The RMA number will be valid for twenty-five (25) days. To obtain a RMA number please email Jim@Lanjtools.com. All tools shipped back to Lanj Tools Inc must be freight prepaid by customer. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return or exchange except in the case of incorrect product that was shipped by Lanj Tools Inc. Return shipping policy also applies to warranty returns. Any shipment sent COD will be rejected.
Cancellation
An order cancellation must first be approved by Lanj Tools Inc, and may be subject to the restocking fee.
Delay
In the event of product delivery delay due to Acts of God, strike, raw material disruption, government regulation, transportation delays, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Lanj Tools Inc, Lanj Tools Inc will not be held liable for any damage or failure to deliver product from the aforementioned reasons.
